At Moore Builders we are actively taking steps to become more environmentally friendly and reduce the impact on the environment. Here are some of the action steps we are taking to become truly GREEN.
 
1. Separating trash from cardboard and lumber cutoffs at the jobsites and recycling the cardboard and scrap rather than just sending it to the landfill.
 
2. Our sales staff drive Toyota Hybrids in order to save fuel and reduce green house emitions.
 
3. Our offices use a digital e-fax system to save paper.
 
4. We are actively introducing green products to our customers. Anything from shredded and dyed tires for mulch to bi-product based toilets.
 
5. Using lumber that is purchased from logging companies that are Forest Stewardship Council certified.
 
6. Sending our staff all over the country educating them on green practices and guidelines.
 
7. Achieving the maximum efficiency rating possible in our new homes.
