Our warranty and service have helped make Moore Builders the Builder/Remodeler of Choice for all our clients and their closest friends and family. To give our homeowners assurance that their investment is well protected, Moore Builders provides two levels of coverage:
- Moore Builders provides a limited one-year warranty on all aspects of your home.
- A 10 Year limited warranty protects your home's structure from day one. This limited warranty program is designed for homes built in the state of Minnesota and covers your home for structural defects for a full 10 years.

WARRANTY SERVICE REQUEST With the exception of specified emergencies, all requests are to be submitted in writing. Please use this form when requesting warranty service during your first year in your new home. We will contact you when we receive your request to schedule an appointment. Service appointments are available from 8:30am to 3pm Monday thru Friday.
