We start by discussing the dream and the vision of your family. Size, shape, style, budget, practicality. Once we have enough information we put it onto paper in the form of a working drawing. You are not limited to "stock plans" or forced to pick from a list of limited elevations however we do have plans to choose from. Once we have the size and general layout established we then move on to options and fixtures. Nothing is left to the unforeseen. Before a single stick of lumber is ordered we make sure all of the selections are made and you have a full project price before proceeding.
